All you've done is change the PSU to a less expensive one and added a more expensive GPU. You never took on advice given to you to change the 4570 to a 4590. You also don't have a case in that build. Considering the 4590 is actually less expensive than the 4570, you'd be stupid not to get the 4590 instead. No point in getting a Z97 chipset mobo when you're not going to be overclocking. The R9 270 is a good GPU but since your budget is $725(apparently), not including the case, you should have a more powerful GPU in your build.

The 4590, which is not only cheaper than the 4570 but also runs cooler. A perfectly good mobo for a non-overclockable CPU. A GTX 770 which will blow an R9 270 out of the water.

Can I ask why your build has to have an Asus mobo? I have experience with Asus, Asrock and MSI motherboards. Asus boards aren't really anything "special" per se.
