if your perma banned i heard you can change your ip address and it will unbanned you but dont know if it is true

A lot of people got away with hosting/using their own GPDs before the detection system was in place. After it got put in place I believe they don't even bother to check what they actually did and just automatically make it a permanent ban.

I'm pretty sure they ban your account instead of your Ip xD (Considering it is possible that you live in a place where the whole building shares the same internet connection and thus have the same External IP. That's most likely why they don't ban both.)

If you're going to mod Black Ops, do it on a new account with only a little bit of XBL xD
I made the mistake of modding on my main account
Just make a new account that you just use for Black ops

I believe that they figured if you're permabanned, there's no point in reseting your rank xD
However I'm sure they will soon figure out a way to remove your account from the leaderboards completely lol

well we all know modding gets you banned probably half of black ops has been banned everyone who gets the error is wondering how long i saw a guy on youtube who was unabnned after a week i dont want to get my hopes up too high though

Wait around 48 hours, it should change to something like 40 hours remaining or a week or so. If it doesn't change and you keep getting that error, you're most likely permanently banned... Just make another account lol

yea ive been ban for 3 days for just playing solo offline then signed in after i died and got instaban didnt even use the mods online f*** treyarch they need to lay off the banning
