ive done as you've said and it shows the game on the dashboard but when i install on xexmenu it only loads 13MB:(

Like liability and I have said do the steps above to where you see the game. But do not install on xex menu try it on FSD any time I have installed games on xex I get incomplete downloads.

reflash your original KV to the nand, otherwise it will not work... even though its a jtag you still need to have a paired dvd key... that said just download games and convert the iso with XBC (YOU MUST OWN THE GAMES 1ST AND I DONT ADVISE PIRATING GAMES AS THIS IS ILLEGAL) and run without the need for disks ever again

ImSJP wrote my jtag says play dvd whenever i install a game when i try installing a disc to the xex menu it just says 0 / 13MB and installs like 4 folders i have my jtag opened right now as i thought it was to do with the lasor but it isnt:/

the problem is why it says play dvd is due to the key doesnt match the motherboard anymore so when you put the game in it , it will say plays dvd , the only way to fix this is to add the dvd key to the nand that you flashed it to
