Whenever I click on the tile it says it will cost $59.99 - I'm American so my location is set to the US. Are there different tiles or something? The one I'm looking at says "Go Gold Get Free Games" and it's the biggest tile on the Home Screen.

Idk about games with gold. It's on the home tab on the dashboard. Right next to recents.

You don't press games with gold

I thought you could do this a maximum of 3 accounts on the console. I guess microsoft changed it... I still get an error message either way on the console. Just try it on the website and use an empty prepaid card to fill in info.
