i completed the tutorial when the game came out and was playing online with friends a few months ago. says i didn't complete tutorial now and took all my money and i never cheated for money or level. i had 100k and i'm still a level 15. can't join friends or invite them.

This happened to me aswell. What happened was that you mayve have selected a mission on accidebt and have to do the mission before you can play with anyone. If this is the case, all you need to do is get in a car and isualy it will give you directions on where to go to do the mission. Hope this helps.
