The game is called Topps Bunt, I know you can use a jailbroken device and download stuff off cydia to get free coins but it doesnt work on this app. Was wondering if there is anyone who can

Sorry to tell you, but the answer that you are looking for is more than likely no.
If I remember correctly this game is server sided, and that means that a server is put in place to make sure that anyone who changes things without paying for them, will have their stats reset to what it was before hand, or it will just block the fake purchase of the coins or whatever it is that you are trying to get.
