My friend woke up this morning and someone has tried sending the maximum amount of money from my friend paypal account to them! he's woken up to a few emails from paypal stating suspecious activity that has occured! my friend is from the UK and the payments have been 'attempting' to send to someone from the U.S, what can my friend do to stop this imbeciel?

He could....contact paypal? Change details? Transfer all monies to a trusted account?
