you could have just explained as a better term for parkour...... but i lazier then i used to be back in middle school i used to go parkouring with my friends. mostly just us doing backflips off walls and seeing who could get to the top of buildings first

Oh that's what it is. Well I did gymnastics for 2 years so yeah there was a lot of tricking. I stuck to the parkour side of things, like single flips, climbing, swinging etc.

Didn't know what it was till now and it looks awesome but the most I can do it a frontflip on flatground and land on my butt. I'm athletic and actually do long jump, but jumping in any way that isn't diagonally forwards isn't my thing
I'd love to learn at some point though
