i currently have a hp pavilion dv6-4023tx running windows 7 4gb ram
ive had this for about 3 years and during that time its slowly started to over heat worse and worse to the point that it now gets up to 90 degrees Celsius, the computer becomes so hot i cant use it without two external fans running to cool it.
if anyone has any idea on how to fix this im all ears as the corner of the laptop has just melted off -.-

see if the back flaps can be removed without voiding warranty, if they can then unblock it of dust and stuff. However, I would not blow into the vents, I did that and it just made it a lot worse.

You usually get a thick wad of dust that builds up before the heatsink and after the fan. It restricts airflow and you can easily take it out presuming you are proficient with a screwdriver.
