Hey guys, i know that a while ago you were able to take someone elses save and transfer them to your account by switching the ids up with yours, i dont know if that was patched or not but is it still possible to do that.

As on the Xbox 360 - yes. The Xbox One is different as the saves are stored in the cloud.
