I am using the Astro a50s with the mixamp for the Xbox One. USB and optical going into the box. I can hear game volume fine, and without the chat adapter and cable plugged into the controller I can hear other people. However, when I plug in the adapter and plug my headset into the adapter, I can talk (see the mic thing flashing up in game) but when other people talk I cannot hear them. I did do the update, tried to do it manually again and it said controller already up to date. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
