I expect you'd be playing it at low/medium, as the graphics card isn't supposed to be for gaming, more for multimedia purposes.
DayZ isn't greatly;y optimized so any system would expect less FPS than normal/
Also i see this is from cyberpower PC, which is not good value for money.

Best way to check how to run a game is so simple!
1: Buy the game
2: Play it

Ask yourself this, would you rather buy the game before you know anything and run the risk it will run bad? Or would you ask for advice before getting the game?

To the tards posting above (apart from h00p) don't post in the PC section if you have no idea what to say.
OP, you will not be running DayZ with smooth FPS regardless of the settings. The GPU just can't do it. Get a cheap 650 or something, even a 750, if your budget is low.

With the GT 610 you'd struggle to play PinballFX 2 on medium...
That card is strictly for outputting video. Nothing more.

My solution was the most efficient and effective solution. There's nothing wrong with it. I knew exactly what to say.

Very ignorant aren't you? You may of known what YOU wanted to say, doesn't mean it's the best option. You can check the requirements of the game instead of wasting money.
