I'm gonna say this as nice as I can, no you defiantly should not open a shop. These are very, very beginner works and the resolutions are horrendous. Nothing blends, everything looks out of place and it just looks like images with text slapped on top of them. You have a long path ahead of you before you can start selling graphic services to people.
