WTF Dude?! This is over Legendary I think.
How did you get it to Light? I know that I need to find Light Stuff. Is There "Light" in legendary items to go over 20 or what?

It's gotta be pretty rare because there is an achievement for having exotic weapons.

To level further, you must get armor that contains light. For example, when you get a rare, it'll say +70 strength +10 light.
