You play Call of Duty. Stop complaining about a game that is brand new, that has yet to release Iron Banner, or play raids. Or get actually in depth with the game.

Ghost was a horrible game for 6 years to make a campaign that take less tahn one day to beat very sad!!

op doesn't play MMOs
At my local GameStop there is 32 traded in copies because rooks thought it was a halo style game or COD, IMO it feels like a halo 3 combat system mixed into an MMo.

I do agree it is repetitive and not much to do at the moment. Campaign was very linear and short, no dramatic effect nothing really got me into it. PvP reminds me of halo but nothing gets me to keep playing it. Idk I am kinda let down but I expected this to happen since I played the beta. True, raids aren't out yet but still. Thats just my opinion

It was over-hyped, and that is the least to be said. Honestly, the game went a little like this. Go to this location; press X to summon ghost, he'll get the info while you defend the area. Defend 3 waves of enemies. You'd do that a lot which kind of was annoying.

Playing on harder difficulties gave you 400 more XP so that also wasn't worth it, the enemies got harder yet they gave the same amount of XP (even if you're level 20 go back to earth fight level 3's same as a level 20 of the same variant). I find the game a bit repetitive and not so fun anymore.

I beat the game within a day with a few guys and we were shocked at how quick it took us on the harder difficulties due to level complications.

I don't know the crucible won't last too long in my opinion for myself, the strike playlists give rare loot which is alright but isn't there like 5 strikes (not sure if there is more.) But with those 5 I have beat them all once and the devil's one on earth about 4 times. Those are bound to get boring and you don't get as much XP the second, third fourth and how ever many times you do it.

The game is already starting to go stale, 4 location's isn't cool I was expecting that great "10 year lifespan" they are imagining.

you get four planets and an astroid belt (and the tower) but at the astroid belt area you can't even do anything it's just for cut scenes. I don't know I agree with you it was definently fun but it just wasn't long enough so the enjoyment is going away.

Edit: Destiny isn't meant to be an mmo

1. I know ghosts was terrible.
2. OP def doesn't know mmo's type style games (which this is kind of)
3. it is a little repetitive but the game was made to be a game to come back to

like call of duty (which I usually played back 3 years ago) it is keeping me coming back, every night after work so far I have gotten on, played some campaign slowly, not rushing through, actually fighting everything I come across from start to beginning. Then I get on with some friends do some PVP, and bed now, that gives me 4-5 gameplay and I have yet to be bored, and still only level 12.

Also, when you beat a planet, you still can go back to the planet and look for caves that have higher level monsters. Earth has so many places that only lvl 20's can fight. Plus the Patrol Missions give you a lot of objective type mission, to get to locations and scout out giving you things to do.

After you hit level 20, go buy a Cloak, Mark, or Bond from (for example) the Future War Cult, and then rank up your respect (or whatever it is called) with them, so you can gain their special weapons, etc.

This game in repetitive in gameplay but in depth in (for the lack of a better word) attachments, like gun wise, etc etc

I kind of agree with you there, but the guns and equipment variants are terrible. I'm not sure if it's for all classes but it is for the titan for sure.

Every piece of equipment I get whether it be armour or a weapon it's always the EXACT same one with different stats, where is the variant with that? Sure it has that borderlands feel to it but borderlands had more guns then what it felt like four different ones. The armour also was so annoying how it was always red and white sure you can get shaders to change it [level 20] but other then that it's the same looking stuff just less bulky, bulky or more bulky and it's ugly. You become a titan with either a halo lookin' helmet or a halo lookin' helmet with a horn on it. Right now for "looks" it's just not there for me sure getting rares/legendaries/exotics will be fun but when everything is looking like the same item with different rarities that isn't cool.

This is really good post by that redditor. I agree 100% with him.

They are ridiculing games for what they wanted them to be, not for what they are.

EDIT: Not relating to what I said above, but just so you all know.

Once you hit level 20 you "level" so to speak stop going up. When you become any level above 20 in reality you are becoming 20 + LIGHT LEVEL.
Also for your normal levels after 20, instead of giving you a number what they did is give you Motes of Light. So in reality the amount of EXP that it would take for you to go from 20 to 21, once you earn that much EXP, instead of giving you level 21, they gave you a Mote of Light, which is currently a form of currency with "THE SPEAKER."

If I confused people sorry, but I tried explaining the best I could (:

Did someone say "repetitive"? well let me say it again...yep, very repetitive. De-ja Vu. The map is not big enough for me. Do you noticed the "winding" path/trails to make it appear of traveling long distances. I'll keep on playing this game until I get really tired. I am hoping for a lot of future DLCs to keep it interesting continuously.
