Ok Tips....
RGH - Already On Latest Dash during the process Of installation the bad part about them is Boot times can take up to 2mins Overheating Is no Longer a problem
JTAG - On Old dash when the Jtagging begins Bad Flashes can be difficult to Fix, Overheating can be a problem Normally these are the ones Sent in more...
Basically The Same thing in The end, they all work Amazing, I prefer RGH... It comes with Sata Ata, Bigger HDD's come in Slim Style in Terabyes

The boot times is the main difference. RGH boots can range anywhere from instant (rare) and 1-2 minutes (like mine). Also, reliability is a plus, as the exploit can be done on any console such as Slims.

I definitely prefer RGH But either go for a Jasper or a Slim.

There is no real difference they both run unsigned code.
RGH
Newer because the JTAG exploit was patched. They have boot times which can last to 20 minutes or sometimes even fail to boot.
JTAG
They were made before a dashboard update back in 2009.(Not "outdated" really just original exploit) and they are all on phat consoles most commonly on a xenon motherboard. They also boot instantly.
Final verdict
It is ultimately up to you. I personally prefer my JTAG to any of the RGHs I have owned mainly because of boot times since I am inpatient. But depending on who does the exploit and the motherboard you should be fine with a RGH since the boot times will be better (look at Rodent_Modz in the marketplace). Also RGH1 boots faster than RGH2 but I remember seeing that Rodent_Modz RGH2s have good boot times.
