I applied at long John silvers as a shift leader (I know restaurant smells awful) and was wondering if any of you have ever just jumped into management. I'm basically asking what kind of questions would they ask for someone who's never worked there to jump straight into management. Also I've never been an actual manager, which I put on my application, I also put I've only been in the food industry for 7 months so how I'm even being interviewed is a good question to me too. If anyone has any tips or personal experience that'd be great! Thanks

They're probably just going to ask you questions on your character qualities like situational thinking and vice versa. If you're capable of being a manager, then you won't even have to worry about the questions because a manager will be able to answer those questions without hesitation.
