This one is by far the best for the price It has a 1ms repsonse time which is pretty much nothing and it also has 144hz refresh rate.

Before even considering a 144Hz monitor, you'd NEED to make sure his PC can run games at them kinds of speeds.

No point in a 144Hz monitor if he plays games at 45FPS...

+ you have over doubled his original link in price, which i can only assume was his budget.

He said he wanted the best gaming monitor that is easily one of the best the monitor you linked though it may be cheap is a waste of time as you could pay an extra 10/15 to get a monitor with a 2ms response time instead of 6ms. Also i know you need to make sure a PC can run them kind of speeds but he didn't say anything about his PC specs so how am I suppose to know what he can run?

Ok people calm down...
First we need to know how good your computer is. (What Frame Rate can it physically achieve)
Is there a certain type of monitor?
What size?
What is it being used for exactly (Guessing gaming)
etc

You find out, no point in recommending something that is just overkill for his PC.

You also have to think, response time ins't everything in a monitor. To me response time is completely irrelevant as the difference between 2ms and 6ms is so minimal you can't see it after a while.

I have 1 1ms monitor with a crappy TN panel in front of me and that AOC one i linked earlier, i prefer gaming on the AOC due to MUCH better colours and i can have it at huge angles... I can;t see any point in getting a crap TN panel on a monitor, when you could have a much much MUCH better AH-IPS panel for less. It makes no logical sense.

But it's up to the OP, if he wants a monitor with a every very slight faster panel, sure get the TN panel, but if he wants to be sensible and do what most people would, get one with a decent panel for less.

I don't think you understand that the title says 'Best Gaming Monitor?' So i linked one of the best gaming monitors. Where as the monitor you linked is no where close to one of the best gaming monitors I linked what he asked for.
