Honestly, when I buy ethernet cables, I just get whatewver doesn;t look like cheap chinese crap and whatever will arrive pretty quickly. You won't really have any troubles buying ethernet cables that way. I'm the same with HDMI cables, just whatever doesn't look like cheap crap and will arrive quickly.

Something like this should be fine;

Cat5e is suitable for Gigabit Ethernet if you're using cable lengths under 100 metres. Its cheap and common so thats what people usually go for.

Cat6a is rated for 10-Gigabit Ethernet over 55 metres and is more suitable for environments where you'd be bundling many cables together, as it has better specification for crosstalk and noise. It's also backward compatible with Cat6 and Cat5e.
