I've never gotten one or seen anyone get one so I've always thought they didn't exist but a couple people were talking about them and said they did, so I'm just asking to get confirmation on it, do they exist or can you only get exotics from legendary engrams?

Well i know for a fact they exist because Xur sells them. However getting them from a loot is a whole other story

yeah that's what I was trying to ask, I know he sells them but I don't know if they drop from enemies or anything
