What requirements are you looking for?
Are you looking for the "Classic" knife with a hollow handle? Most of those are not the high quality that I would personally want.
What size blade? Half serrated?
If you are looking into that type of thing I would recommend creating a complete survival kit, with the knife being a portion of it, not the other way around.
Here are some links for you to look at.

My recommendations would be either a good ole Ka-Bar or the new Aircrew Survival Egress Knife (ASEK)
Ka-Bar

ASEK - A little out of your price range, but still a great package

Some links to some survival tins.

Hope this helps
Just my opinion
