I feel sorry for those INDIAN's who actually are buying it from india and getting banned must be such a bad timing for them ;)

If you want to do it but to scared incase you get banned. Dont do it. Dont ask other people for their word "no you wont get banned" When yes you can get banned. Why cant you just wait until the release.. are you that desperate to play a game which is not worth getting banned over.

YESS! You can get banned! And is highly illegal!
I got on the ea chat support and made a BS Story about Someone that is visiting from India and was trying to buy fifa points with the Indian currency! And he said is Illegal and Xbox Can detect that!

I wouldn't say its 100% you will be banned although they probably have a way to catch people doing similar things and they wont go lightly on anyone they do catch

i asked xbox support on twitter and they said thats people asking should read section 2.5 of terms of use
