So, what I thought was the undo-able, has been done.
As I was getting ready to play the New Weekly Strike, ( to get merr strange coins. )
I decided to look through my friends list, a found what an old clan mate from BF4 has achieved.

Yeah. xD
So, Basically to get level 29, you need to have one fully upgraded peice of exotic armor,
and the rest legendary, all reaching at least 27+ light.

So, what's your guys' opinion on this?

well that is a great feat but not so rare at least for me I have seen quite a bit of 28s and 29s and also there is a lvl 30 player named n3ac3y

Or an upgraded Exotic with an Upgraded Raid gear(+30Light) with one other +27 piece of legendary and one +25 piece of legendary. I hit 29 yesterday. Shooting for 30 by this weekend or next week.
