When I record with my hd pvr it lags really bad. It likes skips. 5 seconds real life time is like watching 1 second game play. I've different recording programs but nothing has worked. Any help guys?

That sounds like a computer problem i used to have. Needed to get a new computer to record.

Make sure you downloaded the latest drivers from happauge website. i have an HD PVR 2 and it lags a little bit too.. i think its all capture cards
