Immerse wrote I had the incorrect load order, so hopefully that was the problem at hand, for some reason it got switched around during my absence from Skyrim, but if it still isn't working, I'll put in the codes manually.

EDIT: Found two incorrect item commands.

Thanks, I'll check the save out in a few minutes. As for those item codes, they are meant to be the Skaal Amulet and nordic bow respectively, from the Dragonborn DLC

Edit: After having checked the new save, all DLC items are missing. Also the skills meant to be reset to 1 are still at normal levels.
