I just built my first pc and everything works fine except every time I try to turn the pc off (Power button on case or shutdown from in windows) it turns off then turns right back on! I really need some help! Thank you!

Have you made sure the front panel case connectors are inserted correctly?

Take note of positive and negative and refer to your manual.

Gonna probably be a problem with the bios but check the above first.
Can you please provide your specs? Mainly the Make and model for your motherboard.
Also by any chance can you take some pictures of your bios?
