If you have a banned KV, you cannot play online, if your KV isn't banned you can play online, simple as that

Huh, no shit. I was referring to 'what does it mean if the KV is unbanned original files' - what the hell is that supposed to mean?

Dual NAND means, two NANDs. A think of a NAND as an xbox360's information.

Dual NANDs feature two separate NANDs which offer two separate identities and also, either be a retail NAND (Which can go online as a normal xbox but NO rgh abilities on this nand) a RGH NAND (Where you can mod, and do all that stuff) or, a less common, dev NAND which is only for people who really know what they're doing.

In order to mod online (Which it seems like that's what you want to do) You'll need an RGH with a unbanned keyvault, and time on a server or another bypass method.
