Not exactly. The Quran is only supposed to be readable in it's original language, Arabic, so the meaning does change when it is translated into English, but not so much that the context of a situation and the general gist of what is being said is lost.
It has remained relatively unchanged over the past 1400 years, aside from verses and chapters being lost.

The Bible though? It has been mistranslated so much it's not even excusable.
For example, when Jesus and his disciples were alive they spoke Aramaic, but it's a dead language now, only a few remnants remain.
The Bible was first written in Greek, from the Aramaic words which Jesus used.
The words used to describe Mary, Jesus' mother, in Aramaic were 'Al mahat,' this simply means, 'Young woman of marriageable age.'
However, when this was translated into Greek, to fit with the high christology, making Jesus seem like something transcendent, and otherworldly, they used the word, 'Parthenos,' which means 'Virgin.'
