I bought $40 worth of fifa points, after the payment it said "there has been an error with the fifa store checkout"
With $40 out of my account, I reset the game and expected the points to be there., but they weren't
Please help.

I know theres a common glitch where the coins go to fifa 14, but when I went to fifa 14 they weren't there.

I bought the points 3 days ago.
Now that I got the real game, the points are still not there.

I also tried contacting their support but all they could say is "the "billing/marketplace" specialist team is not available at this time. But I will forward the case to them".
1 week later no response. Please help
