I'll tell you this now, Gonna be difficult to get them fresh. Online they only sell them dried. Do what I did, Buy the seeds and grow them yourself. I did it and it paid off.

Getting them fresh is a waste of money and effort to find them. You'll get the same effect from the dry stuff.

Also powers and other insanely hot peppers

I think fresh is way better its not good to get them dried of course

There all over Ebay and Amazon, I picked myself up a pack of I think 10 dried Ghost Peppers for about $10 on Amazon.

Im pretty sure this is the exact link I bought mine..

try looking in jalapeno markets i know ehre im at we have a few
