Many people are having trouble with the Destiny servers. I want to keep this short and sweet, so I won't go into detail about what causes them (I don't possess the knowledge anyway), nor list them (I'm sure you've gotten them enough to be sick). This is the only solution that has worked for me, and I have tried many:
Download Connectify (if you message me I can send you the pro crack, or you can find it yourself). Also download Hotspot Shield (this doesn't need cracked, simply have your browser running an ad blocker). Run both programs. Using Connectify you need to choose the HSS VPN as the connection you want to share, not your typical WiFi. On your console, simply connect to the Connectify created hotspot. Voila! No more errors!
Since doing this I haven't had a single problem with Destiny, whereas before it was near unplayable. This should also fix the problem for anyone using their college connection.
