For me it doesnt really matter if its 3D or not and both prices are more or less the same. I just want to know which you may recommend for best picture quality to use my ps4.

But if you are just considering the ones in your Poll i would go with Samsung.

Hey whats up. I'll let you know now if you want to game and know anything about gaming you'll get a gaming monitor. Especially if you're going to spend over $1000 on a tv lol. The bigger the tv has absolutely nothing to do with the experience. If you're looking to get a good gaming experience a bigger tv actually can make it less enjoyable. Get a gaming monitor. Better picture faster response times for fast paced games like fps. Also having a screen that is not huge makes it easier for the picture to be displayed much quicker with much better quality. All MLG events and players use BenQ monitors. Here are some links man. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

The PS4 Console Maxes at an upscaled 1080p and 60fps (Still much better than it's Microsoft counterpart...), so having any kind of Display that well exceeds those is no use.
A 4K 120hz Television will give you no better picture on the Console than a 1080p typical Sony Display at 60fps.
If you aren't getting at least 120FPS in a game, the difference between 60 and 120hz is not noticeable. Aswell as you cannot just use a 4K display and expect to play Destiny (Example) on your PS4 in 4K resolution.
Just keep these in mind when getting a TV. Also 4K displays are not worth it right now, the amount of content available to them is few and far between.
If you're just going to be watching some movies, TV, and Gaming, this will do you fine for MUCH less than other suggestions: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
