The reward will be sent to you in your in-game mailbox in the gifts tab of the mailbox, but as of right now you probably wont receive it until later because they are having problems with the servers.

Yeah, I think i'm having a Problem similar to yours, I've Collect my Rewards, but I have not gotten the Money in game yet. My guess is that is just a Server Problem that will be fix soon like said in the Post above.

I only got 600k Though Collected, not 1 Million :/

if you read the message it says when you redeem the credits/gifts it says about 4 days i believe until it'll go to your account. ive redeemed 2mill so far but haven't received them yet. and like the guy above said they are having some issues with servers seeing how this is a brand new game.

It actually only says 4 hours not days lol, but I just read a forum on the official forza site and a mod posted that they have started to send out the rewards to people and will continue to do so throughout the day.
