I have an iphone 4 jailbroken ios 7 and was wondering since I can't update to ios 8, is there a tweak were you can get all the customizable keyboards on ios 7.

Yes there is a tweak called coloryboard I think, I'll post a screenshot below,
No this does not have all the customisables but it looks nice and you can change it around easily... It's worth a look!
