The way I see things it's my build to begin with, also I have done lots of research and I'm not "new" to the world of PC hardware. I've looked into all the possible CPU+GPU combinations that suite my needs and my AMD system works out perfectly for me. As for the Intel Core i7-5960X, it's had mediocre reviews and I'm not going to pay $1K for a CPU that's barely an upgrade of the previous gen of the Extreme i7 Series.

My AMD FX-9590 is an 8-core CPU that can be overclocked well past 6ghz with a little bit of effort. I literally do not need anymore than 5Ghz per core, it's an 8-core CPU. The AMD R9-295X2 is currently the world's fastest GPU, for both price, power, and performance. I don't buy into the whole $1K Titan that runs worse than a 780 Ti, or the "Titan Black" which runs horribly as well. Hell not even the "new" Titan Z which runs in most cases at lower frames than the R9 295X2.

I want to play games at the highest resolution and the highest frames possible. I don't buy into the yearly Apple-esk bs that comes from Intel and Nvidia.

If you want to help me with Water Cooling, I'd seriously appreciate it but don't lecture me on my build and tell me to buy an Alienware.

I don't need a Keyboard, Mouse, Speakers, Mouse Pad, Headsets, none of that. I also will never buy an EVGA product again as every EVGA product I've bought either dies right after the warranty ends, or it's DOD'd when I get it. MSI and ASUS are really the only brands I trust besides Samsung and Western Digital.

If you go with a single build, it will be easier to build and maintain. If you where going for a dual build, 2 Intel rigs would be the sweet spot.

If you've done that much research on hardware, then water cooling research shouldnt be that hard. It took me around 15 hours to get my head around it and find the best things for my rig (not going through with it any more)

Any CPU hitting 6ghz on water is near impossible.

Its too early in the morning to make you as build and I'm on your phone. I'll do it lager if you still need it.

I'm not necessary clueless when it comes to water cooling, I just want an expert to get me the precise parts I will need so that I can avoid overheating, leakages etc..

Anyway, OP- If you've done all this 'research' on your builds, you wouldn't need help with a custom loop. I'd help you if I could, but I've never even looked into it myself since it doesn't quite interest me yet. I just want to make sure you get the best out of your budget. We're not being rude, we're not jealous, we're trying to help, that's what this section is for. I genuinely think a single rig with the 5960x would be much wiser, it will handle games with ease and any editing/rendering or whatever else you need to do. The 295x2 is a dual card GPU, personally, I'd get 2x GTX 980's in SLI. Although, if you want the 295x2, go for it.

The way I see it is that you some how got a hold of some money and through your lack of knowledge you hate Intel and Nvidia ???

Personally I find it hilarious your wasting $1500 on a desk.

So I could have gone nuts with the budget you provided, but there is no need. I've tried to make it more logical for you to build and maintain. If you really want to do this, good luck to you. But I still maintain that a single, more powerful system is better.
