Place down a sign,
Go to the line you want colour on then press LT,
go to this symbol ( [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] )then hold a,
press left on dpad then a,
type the number after for colour ( [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] )
then type the message (no space after the colour code)
