Xbox ones party chat and game chat has been shit for almost a year. How are these issues not fixed!

I have no issues with either of those, they fixed it along time ago. Check your stuff or call Microsoft.

Same as Kiht, I have no issues with either one of them.

If the party chat problem involves connecting to your friends and not being able to hear them it's probably your connection or your friends connection who is either moderate and or strict. This causes the problem of not being able to hear one another.

As for the game chat, I have no clue on that one.

The only time I've had problems with it is when I'm playing Destiny. I'm not saying it's destiny but it's clearly destiny.
