My Trinity RGH is having issues on bootup. Every time I boot up my RGH it reboots. WHY!

You mean it gets to Xbox logo and reboots? Hold eject button as soon as it begins to boot up, this will bypass any dashlaunch plugins you have set. Once the console boots up, remove these plugins.

If you have a USB stick, put a blank launch.ini onto it, plug it in to your xbox and reboot it. Load up dashlaunch and remove all plugins until you have figured out which is the faulty one
