I am going to jailbreak my PS3 it is a motherboard version JTP-001 it has been on 3.55 before as I bought it before 3.55 was released. I checked the lowest firmware it can go to and it said 3.40 but the chart says it was released as 3.61 can it be jailbroken still and also I'm not sure which chip is the Nor Chip

Well aslong as the firmware was 3.55 or below then it can be downgraded.
