It isn;t giving me an option... only Stripe / Google wallet / bitcoin....

I don;t have any of these... how do I pay with paypal?

You can't get it with paypal. You need to find someone trusted to pay them the $5.97 so they can buy it for you

The only payment options available now are Bitcoins, Google Wallet, or Stripe.
