Down in the bottom corner of my PC when i open my programs this little mail letter ion is there and when i hover over it is says "Unread News Available..." i tried right clicking on it to close it but nothing pops up when i do it just sits there. i am scared to click on it and open it. i ran a virus scan on my computer and nothing. Also my enter button is not working, i restarted my PC and "enter" worked for a bit and stopped again.

Just CTRL+ALT+DELETE > Go to processes and end the process.
Or just find in program files and delete.

Look at what you're installing next time.

Did you notice if this icon popped up after you've installed anything in particular? Also you should go threw your installed programs and check if anything that looks like it would be connected to that and what it'd be. Another thing is sometimes if you aren't careful installing a program it may automatically install bloatware so make sure there is no random toolbar installs also.

try going into the control panel and do a system recovery onto a earlier point, like right before your most recent update

not full reset, juest earlier point, i believe its on the advanced recovery setting, this if you have windows. hope this helps
