Yes, you can either use XBLSE or SigmaLive offline files

Yes, but you also need an unbanned KeyVault. Use XBLSE as it has XOSC Spoofing and ban bypasses

Until the next dashboard update, XBLSE Lifetime is absolutely free. Just put the files on your HDD, and set it as a plugin, and you will have lifetime XBLSE.
