So my phone received a message saying that my phone received a virus called tapsnake virus. Im not familiar with this virus, so i installed some anti-virus, virus cleaning apps on my phone and its said its clean but im still woried that something might have happened, how can i be sure that its gone and does anybody have experience with this virus, basically is it something that i should worry about?

If you ran the cleaner and anti virus apps then there is no virus on your phone.

I contacted Verizon because apparently the virus wasn't cleaned and started affecting my stuff so I had to contact them and they said that I should do the factory reset so now everything is fixed but I still hope it's gone we will see, thanks for yalls opinion guys.

I am glad to hear that you got your device back to a virus free, working order from the factory reset.
When I was reading this I assumed you had an iDevice and I was like "this kid is stupid. iDevices don't get viruses xD" But, then I figured that you had an Android.

You should have no worries if the anti virus on the phone said its clean
You can always just double check and install another anti virus and see if it tells you the same thing.
