So, whenever I load Black Ops II, it'll load fine, and I can sign in fine, but whenever I try and access online it'll say connecting to online service then freeze the console.
Any help?

reinstall the game and reupdate it

You might be banned. I was getting fatal crashes when loading up multiplayer. Try loading zombies and see if it lets you get on.
