You can do public events. I've gotten a couple from that.

Public events are the easiest way. Im now farming them. Got a live timer telling me where and when they will appear. Add me Xbox one "Vendinator" public events more liekly to happen with a couple of people nearby

That's what I have been using but my helmet needs upgraded so badly and I'm missing an upgrade material that IDK how to get its like Spirit Bloom.
