Xbox one disconnecting HELP

My xbox one keeps disconnecting on both my internets as I have virgin super hub which gives me a 5ghz and 2ghz network and it disconnects every 2-5 minutes but sometimes it will work a whole day and not disconnect but whenever I use my xbox one at my mums house it works fine doesn't disconnect once . I checked the recommended internet requirements and mine are far above them. Also my internet still works on my iPad and laptop etc but only disconnects on my Xbox. If anyone could help me it would be Much appreciated

the only way to fix this would be to get a ps4 and put the xbox next to it. once u have the xbox next to it grab the xbox, hold it up in the air and smash it on the floor. now plug in the ps4 and boom no more connection problems
