Is anyone really scared about the Ebola issue or are you taking it like the other infectious incidents like bird flu and swine flu?

I remember them being deadly and everyone being hyped about it.

I guess I'm one of many who is taking it on the chin.

It's obviously serious but we don't eat raw bush meat in a country known for diseases and viruses. Plus, imported bush meat is banned in the UK, so we're not as prone as countries with poor health and security systems.

Im not scared.

I probably should be with living near 2 airports and working in retail.
But I think it is being blown out of all proportion for our countries.

If I lived in the Africa's then yeah I would be panning it.

Im not really worried about it, although it is a pretty serious situation for those who have contracted the virus and my heart goes out to them and their families.

I live in Ireland and i read that Ebola may reach the UK within the next 13 weeks. Still not worried, as there are precautions being taken in advance.

Not really anything to be worried about right now. There's only a couple cases here in the US. The only way to contract it is from bodily fluids and the person has to be showing symptoms to be contagious.

It's a very serious illness but if precautions are being kept it should not spread.

Aslong as you don't touch any blood thats infected or take in any bodily fluids im sure you should be fine. On that note i am not scared and if i do end up getting infected then i guess my time has come
