I recently reset my settings from the settings app then it booted back up then i couldn't find cydia on my iPad at all can anyone hep me ASAP

If you were jailbroken and used the on phone reset option you are lucky it booted back up at all.

But yeah you performed a factory reset, which is similar to a software restore via iTunes, on a jailbroken device so yes Cydia is gone.

You will need to re-jailbreak the device to get it back.

i didnt reset all content and settings i only did reset all settings the first one

Yeah if you reset your phone at all with a Jailbreak, its probably done your gonna need to jailbreak again. As long as you dont have ios 8 then use pangu. also Jone is right your lucky your phone even booted back up.

The reason that you can't find Cydia anymore is the fact that you reset your device and therefore lost the jailbreak. You are lucky that it booted at all as using settings to get rid of a jailbreak is a bad idea. You will have to re-jailbreak.
