i need the tower, maybe a monitor but not needed extremely

For $500, I'd get this;

Add another 4GB RAM when you have some more money, then add an SSD. Upgrade CPU when you have more cash, the Pentium will do fine for now, especially if you overclock it. The R9 280 is a fantastic mid level GPU. Good quality PSU and an alright case.

I mean he could go with a 270 if needed. He doesn't want the best a 280 is a really nice card.
