Im almost positive if you reset your modem or router it changes it.

i just helped my friend with this earlier what u do is
if u have windows 7/vista
click the start button, type in cmd, first type ipconfig/release then type ipconfig/renew.
If u have windows xp, then u
click start, click run, type cmd, and then type ipconfig/release and then ipconfig/renew
